PROFESSIONAL FIREARMS TRAINING (CONCEALED WEAPON/FIREARM LICENSE)

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Conducted via one of our two fully equipped Mobile Training Teams (MTT), the Professional Firearms Training (PFT) is an eight (8) hour program of instruction delivered in an eight (8) hour combination of classroom and range instruction certifying the course participant in Professional Firearms Training and providing required eligibility training to obtain the State of Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License as prescribed by the State of Florida Chapter 790.
The State of Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License is recognized in thirty (33) states and is a seven (7) year certification.
Tactical Element maintains a very strict 1:6 instructor-to-participant ratio both during classroom and range phases of training. Instructors are career law enforcement officers certified as High Liability Firearms Instructors by the State of Florida Department of Law Enforcement Commission on Criminal Justice Standards and Training; and licensed as emergency medical technicians (EMT) or paramedics by the State of Florida Bureau of Emergency Medical Services providing medical coverage during the weapon qualification phases of training.

Eight (8) hours delivered in one day; however, subjected to a shorter time frame based on number of course participants, pre-course knowledge and application.
COURSE DATES:
Courses are offered on every other Saturday and Sunday from 0800-1700 with a one (1) hour lunch break from 1200-1300.

Eye protection
Hearing protection
Firearm (pistol or revolver)
50 rounds of ammunition (per
qualification)
* Course participants are permitted
and encouraged to bring additional ammunition for practice
Weapons (semi-automatic pistols) rental and ammunition purchase is available on the day of the course.
