TACTICAL MEDICAL OPERATOR II (LIVE FIRE)

 

 

 

 

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

 

Under the supervision of SWAT operators certified High-Liability Firearms Instructors, the Tactical Medical Operator II (TMO) is an intense live fire program of instruction delivered in a multitude of tactical environments to include; however, not limited to urban, rural, waterborne, austere and remote.  The Tactical Medical Operator II course is tailored to tactical operator/medics and tactical medical support personnel comprised of classroom lecture and practicum, followed by real time (scenario based) field training exercises with emphasis on Care Under Fire, Tactical Field Care and Tactical Evacuation (TACEVAC).

 

For quality assurance and  maintenance of the Tactical Medical Operator certification, Tactical Medical Operator is a mandatory pre-requisite to attend Tactical Medical Operator II


TMO II continues forward regardless the weather (with the exception of lightening).

 

COURSE LENGTH:

 

24 hours delivered over three days conducted during day operations and night operations.
