Technical Instructor III / Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Instructor/Technical Writer/Training Developer

Tactical Element is currently recruiting for both full-time career Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Instructor/Technical Writer/Training Developers.

Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN);
Complete an approved Instructor Trainer Course  (ITC) and Instructor Developer Course (IDC)
          *Provided by the Government during work hours.

Special Skills/Qualifications Required:
Instructor must be able to use the following programs expertly enough to accomplish all of the required tasks without further training:
          Microsoft Windows OS XP Pro
          Microsoft Word
          Power Point
          Excel

Minimal Background/Experience Required:
Possess at least one (1) year experience as a:
Critical Care Transport (flight or ground); or    
Possess a minimum of three (3) years as an emergency medical services (EMS) and/or critical care instructor

Certifications Required:
State of Texas Registered Nurse License; and
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) – Instructor; and
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Instructor

Certifications Preferred:
International Board of Specialty Certifications (IBSC) Flight Paramedic – Certified (FP-C); or
International Board of Specialty Certifications (IBSC) Critical Care Paramedic – Certified
